Euro-Pro Operating LLC states that it is in no way responsible for any damages caused to a person due to the use of the product.

Very Important!

You should always be careful when you purchase Ninja products online.

For example, Ninja products sold on EBay are not covered by the Euro-Pro warranty scheme. The company does have agreements with other online stores like Amazon, Kmart, Bath and Beyond, Over Stock, Kohls and Best Buy.

Most major offline retailers also come under the warranty offered by Euro-Pro. To avoid any misconception, please ask your dealer if they are certified to sell Ninja products with valid warranties.

This extra measure will ensure that you do not face any inconvenience later on.

  1. Hello – I purchased a Ninja Professional Blendar 1000 3-Speed / Model #BL610 / Black-silvrer through Best Buy and my extended warranty has since expired. My Ninja works perfectly fine but my pitcher just chipped on the very top making it to where the lid does not fasten securley. I’m am very pleased with my ninja and use it daily! Can you please send me warranty instructions on replacing my 72oz clear pitcher only? This would be much appreciated as there’s no need to purchase a new ninja.

  2. We purchased a Ninja Melangeur 1200 2 months ago 2019/09/30 and it’s not powering up we have no receipt and we don’t have the box anymore. Is there anyway you could help us?

  3. Hi Ninja,
In November 2019 from Sam’s Club in Fort Collins, CO we purchased our Ninja blender system with three blender containers; large, medium with grater blades, and small smoothie size container. I use the smoothie one a few days each week and it is defective. The four “ears” on the smoothie container are softer plastic than the base and are sheering off when it’s pushed down and turned gently. I have a picture that can be sent to your warranty folks. Please send an email address where the picture can be forwarded. Please send us another smoothie size container since this one isn’t functional. Thanks for your help.
