Wyoming Window Tinting Laws

Window tinting is provided to cars and multipurpose vehicles (MPVs) for multiple purposes other than the reduction of sunlight, including the privacy of the driver and the passengers, medical, and legal purposes.

These window tints are measured by their VLT, or the Visible Light Transmission. It is the percentage of light that a window tint film allows to pass through your car windows.

Higher VLT lets in more light to pass through the window, while a lower VLT lets in a lower amount of light.

The percentage of light allowed through your film and glass in Wyoming is specific and different for different kinds of cars, be it a passenger vehicle or a multipurpose vehicle.
